Mr Lui is the Chairman of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, a Director of the Academy of Finance, a member of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority’s Exchange Fund Advisory Committee, and Banking Advisory Committee.  Mr Lui is a Fellow Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and he served as its President in 1997. During his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”), he was a partner, Lead Director of the Board of Partners, and a member of the Global Board of PwC International Limited. Currently, Mr Lui is also the Chairman of the Education Commission and a member of the Public Service Commission.
