Leesa Soulodre is a serial entrepreneur who has invested her lifetime on the frontiers of DeepTech pioneering, digital transformation and innovation. Leesa has served over 400+ multinationals and many startups in 19 sectors across Europe, the Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. In Founder and CxO leadership roles, Leesa had led companies from seed to USD 14B into new markets, pioneered deep technology, accelerated top lines before exits, and supported the raising of over USD200M in Seed to Series C investments. As Founder and General Partner of R3i Capital and R3i Ventures, Soulodre supports many of the world's most promising early-stage deep tech companies in accelerating their growth. As a Partner of She Loves Tech, Soulodre owns the long-term organizing licenses for Western Europe, Nordics, Monaco, Switzerland, Greece, Korea and Japan. A vibrant community of more than 8,000 entrepreneurs in over 60 countries, She Loves Tech offers established partnerships with global VCs and angel investors. It contributes to capacity and capability building for in-country gender empowerment and economic development. Leesa has had 15+ years of Digital Director and Board Advisory experience in the not-for-profit, academic and private sectors. A Post Graduate lecturer for over a decade, Leesa serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member on the Singapore Management University and IE Business School MBA and Executive MBA Programs and SMU Executive Education. Leesa holds a Global Executive MBA from TRIUM (NYU, HEC, & LSE) and a Masters in Management (Marketing) from USQ. She studied Sports Marketing, Sustainability Strategies, Risk Management, and Technology Entrepreneurship at Wharton, Harvard, the Australian Graduate School of Management, and Stanford University. A dynamic corporate speaker, Leesa is known for her ability to inspire audiences with cutting-edge stories of digital transformation and emerging technologies from around the world. Leesa is a Certified Reputation Manager of the Reputation Institute, a Member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and the Public Relations Consultants Association.
